bart approved to $27 million to purchase the building on webster across from the current headquarters. they have been leasing offices since 2003 but that lease is up in 2021 and the landlord wants to jack up the rent. commercial office space is at a prevent downtown. the move will save millions of dollars in the long haul. soon you will be able to enjoy an extravagant dinner at the top of the sales force tower. that will be great. today the joint powers authority announced that it will lease space for a 5000 square-foot rooftop restaurant. it doesn't have a name yet but in all likelihood it will be run by the award-winning shaft chef known for running the kitchen in berkeley. the restaurant has yet to set the opening date. the city has a new ally in

the lawsuit against wells fargo. accusing the bag of targeting minorities with predatory loans. attorney general assigned the suit working his way through the court since 2050. he believes that the bank pushed high risk, higher cost loans on black and latino customers. the loans led to foreclosure, homelessness and blight in the communities. wells fargo disputes the account telling the times we continue to disagree with the city's accusations. we are prepared to present a strong argument in support of our long history of fair and responsible lending in oakland and across the country. felicity huffman could spend up to one month in prison for paying to wreak her daughter's sats. there is a package of bills inspired by the scandal. what lawmakers are being to fix. federal prosecutor say a student enrolled here after his
